Gardner’s Lane and Oakwood Federation we are privileged to have in our care children from across the globe and, as inclusive establishments, we value greatly the cultural, religious and language diversity that these children and their families bring with them. We are committed to meeting the needs of children with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and we believe that our EAL children are crucial in extending our knowledge and understanding of other countries and their beliefs, customs and cultures.
